Vanessa Hardiman is the blazer of new trails as the Founder and CEO of Solutions 4 U Consulting where she utilizes her expertise and knowledge with more than 30 years of corporate experience to help organizations and budding businesses make a difference and become world-class companies.

​Her work in Business Development, Accounting, Community Relations, Personal Development and Entrepreneurship  has assisted her in developing a multi faceted approach to assist her clients achieve and exceed their desired goals.

​Over the past several years, Vanessa has become a recognized leader in the community and business world. She has been the recipient of the UPS President’ Cup Award for Most Improved Division, The UPS Horizon Award for Profitability and Growth, Committee of the Year Award from Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, the Stewart Foundation’s Top Fundraiser Award, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women’s President’s Award and Passion for Life Incorporated’s Board Member of the year.
